After having brewed on a small scale for a number of years, we decided the time had come to introduce our beers to the rest of the Netherlands (and the world). Our beers are different - they're full of taste. We brew what we like, not necessarily within the boundaries of pre-defined beer styles. This makes the beers that we brew very diverse - easy-drinking to experimental. In our beer we express our creativity, and we're trying to let as much people as possible enjoy that. On a small scale we develop our ideas into beers. After a new beer is approved by our tasting panel, we brew the larger batches. That way we make sure that our beers are of top quality.
