Serious Brewing Co. is a brewery in progress. Serious will be a NYS Farm / Craft Brewery located in Schoharie County. Our logo is the New York historical marker. Our brews are meant to showcase places and events in the state. Some of our planned beers are ALCO smokestack stout, Edison Inventor Ported, Running Red Coat Red, 52 degree Lager, Schoharie burning (Wheat), and Hop Circle IPA. We are officially formed as an LLC complete with a sales tax number. We have some cool products that we will offer in 2015. The funds from the sale will help purchase the building we hope to have as our brewery.
