Lost Tunnel Brewing is the offshoot and brainchild of Pete Hilgeman, a professional award winning brewer out of Dayton, Ohio. Lost Tunnel Brewing symbolizes a love affair for beer and expanding our horizons as brewers. Our team consists of experienced professional brewers, barrel aging specialists, and wild/sour beer guru's. Focusing on everything but the mundane, we draw inspiration from the unknown, the forgotten, and the unexplored boundaries of both our beers and our palates. A healthy dose of experimentation, exploration, inquisition, and enthusiasm to push the envelope goes into the brewing of all of our beers. Lost Tunnel also features an extensive Barrel Aging, Sour Beer, and Wild Fermentation program. Getting lost along the way is part of the fun, and Lost Tunnel Brewing is all about getting lost in the world of crafting delicious beers that we love to drink. Our beers are currently being produced at The Dayton Beer Company production brewery. All recipes and beers are unique to Lost Tunnel Brewing Co.
