There’s no intrinsic value in the adjective micro, so we’re not waving it proudly, like a flag. But that’s a good place to start: Cartel is a micro-brewery. Woo-hoo. To interpret: a small group of us are trying to master the craft of brewing beer and, right now, we’re doing it in a microscopic fashion. And we can’t say we dislike it that way. We’re not caught up in dollars and tradition. We’re just trying to create tasty beverages for those few who will drink them.
