2013 saw Birmingham’s first ever craft beer festival – we went along to help out and were hooked. It was also the year we discovered the craft beer mecca that is Cotterridge Wines. The first time we ever walked in, our minds were blown – with wall to wall beer of every style and origin we could imagine, our brewing obsession went into overdrive. With access to loads of new styles, we scoured the internet to try and replicate them, then worked hard to perfect our own way of brewing them. By the end of 2013, we knew for certain that beer was our future. It’s been a long time coming, but we’re finally here, ready to make this a success and join Birmingham’s craft beer community.
