Bombshell Beer Company’s 5,840 sq. ft building is conveniently located in the heart of Holly Springs within the Omni business park located off N.Main St. The building will house the production brewery, lab and a 1400 sq. ft. tasting room. Our brewery features a custom designed 15 BBL steam fired brewhouse manufactured by SMT Food and Beverage Systems of Stokesdale NC. Our equipment is crafted by US workers and made of US stainless steel, a key factor of why we selected SMT as our equipment manufacturer. Supporting American workers and American Industry was important to the Bombshell founders. Bombshell’s brewhouse features a two vessel system consisting of a mash tun complete with rakes and steam jacket for step infusion mashing and a combination brew kettle/whirlpool. A thirty barrel hot liquor tank and dual stage high efficiency plate and frame heat exchanger round out Bombshell’s brewhouse system. Initially two 15BBL and one 30BBL multi zone jacketed fermentation vessels and a 30BBL bright tank will be utilized in the production of Bombshell’s high quality, craft beers. We will showcase our hand-crafted beers to the public in a new 1400 sq. ft. tasting room scheduled opening is which is planned to be open to visitors in July. The tasting room will offer sample flights, pints, and beer to go in growlers and kegs. Brewery tours and private event programs will also be available.
