Just as a good wine shouldn't taste like grape juice, a good hard cider shouldn't taste like apple juice! Santa Fe Cider Works makes cider for the elevated palate. We press local apples on site to create our ciders and leave the finished product unfiltered. Filtering removes flavor components which add complexity to both the aroma and flavor of the cider. You won’t find any mass production or shortcuts here. We would never add artificial flavors or coloring to our ciders, and we only use fresh pressed juice. Not to be redundant, but can you imagine drinking a wine made from “grape juice concentrate”? All our ciders are handcrafted in small batches, and we even hand label each bottle with the batch number and the date we pressed the apples. We believe apples are good enough on their own and after fermentation with an authentic English cider yeast – they’re even better! We keep it simple and traditional so the apples can shine through in every sip. Proudly made by a brewer with over 20 years of professional experience! Available in select stores and restaurants now.
