Gamma Brewing Co. is a small brewery from Copenhagen founded in early 2015, brewing mainly American inspired ales and stouts, with the occasional lager here and there. We are four seasoned bartenders/homebrewers who came together through our love of beer. Gamma Brewing Co. is set up in a brewer’s collective, Ølkollektivet, in Gørløse north of Copenhagen.
