We are a small independent/family owned brewpub dedicated to great beer and food, being a gathering place for community, friends and family, and an easy stop for fresh beer to-go on the way uphill or downhill. The historic El Rancho Colorado Restaurant has been reimagined as a small independent family-owned mountain brewpub. Situated at 7686 feet elevation, ten minutes from Golden, the deck (dog friendly) and main dining room provide vistas of the Continental Divide. For travelers, the Comfort Suites Golden West on Evergreen Parkway is nestled in the pines with amazing views just next door. We offer multiple spacious rooms for events, private parties, and meetings and can accommodate groups of from 25 to 350 guests. Availability to rent one room, multiple rooms, or buy-out. Food menu includes cheese curds, nachos, beef burgers, sandwiches, salads, chicken-fried steak, buffalo burgers, and elk burgers/sausage.
