Double Wing Brewing Co. is the brewery built into Debonné Vineyards winery in Madison, Ohio. After years of producing good beers that had a rat on the label, we decided that maybe, just maybe that image was not so appetizing….so Cellar Rats Brewery has been replaced by Double Wing Brewing Co. and all of the old recipes have been either modified or just replaced. So with the old Rat gone, the new name and logo came from Tony’s love of flying. Double Wing Brewing Co. has started over again with all new IPAs. The Double Wing IPA is a bright and refreshing brew with a balanced hoppy finish. The all new Double Wing Red DIPA, or Red Double India Pale Ale is bringing both an intense hop aroma and a sweet malt flavor. Clocking in at 86 IBUs and just under 8.3% abv., this is one that “Hop Heads” should put on there must try list. We also have a new recipe American Wheat, a Pale Ale, a Blueberry Kolsch, and our monster Imperial Stout. With our new name in place, our goals remain the same…to brew consistent, world-class craft beer for our passionate brew drinkers.
